I called discount drains, asked if they done service in Marion. The receptionist said yes. She said someone will call me to schedule an appointment. I got the call, the lady said "we don't service Marion". So I called back, the lady said yes we ...definitely do service Marion. She puts me on hold, I get a text from another receptionist, says please hang up the phone, I'm trying to call you, the lady that I was talking to that put me on hold went to lunch. Ok, so I hung up, didn't get the call. I called back left a message to the lady that was supposed to call me back, for her to call me back. Never did. So, I called again told this other lady what was going on. She said yeah, we don't serve Marion anymore. And it's even on their website that they do! False information give from all staff. Originally, got an appointment as well as was told it would be a free estimate. Daybof appointment, I got a call asking when I would like to schedule my appointment, told them we took the day off because they were ...coming out that day. They then texted me back letting me know there will be an estimator coming out between 12pm-5pm. An hr later, I got a call from another lady telling me due to emergencies, they need to reschedule. I told them the whole situation, so the lady was like for your inconvenience, we will wave your trip charge of $129. I mentioned to her the day before they told me it is free. That lady said no, there is a fee. I requested to speak to a manager. So earlier, this lady is telling me due to emergency services needed, they need to cancel, now the manager is telling me due to call offs from service techs, they need to cancel.Read More...
The tech Shane was very helpful and respectful
Five stars. Happy to do business with them. It’s been one day since new hot water heater installed and all is well. They even provided a tray to keep it up off the concrete.
